Who can be a member?
Membership in the council is open to all persons
engaged in the teaching or supervision of reading at any school level,
to parents, and to all others interested in the purposes of the council.
Why should I join?
Membership fees to the Pickens County Reading
Council
help to fund local literacy projects.
Membership fees to the Georgia Reading
Association help
to sponsor professional development conferences, for
educators, research grants, publications, and scholarships.
